Here's a little sneak peek at some family portraits I took of my good friends the Keatings. It was a fun day, and I'm so grateful for their patience with me as I worked out some of the kinks during my first ever family full portrait session. It will take awhile for me to go through all of the pictures, but here are a few to start with.
P.S. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Especially where you see room for improvement. Thank you!

They look awesome! Thanks again!!
I think you did a great job - they look awesome!
I think they look awesome! Practice makes perfect especially when it come to photography. And always remember, you are your worst critic--you were worried, but you had no need to be. :)
Beautiful pictures! I love the one with Mom and kids!
I love it! I know how hard it can be to do family portraits, especially with little ones! You did a good job. :)
I'll see if I can get my husband to stop by with some constructive criticism.
You have a great eye. You are a great photographer.
Couple notes (since you asked for advice)
1. be aware of the contrast. Deeper tones are difficult with minimal contrast, but golden glows work well. Try experimenting with minor contrast adjustments. (they look good overall, but it's a good place to start if you want to play with them)
2. Be careful with breaking the rules. You have a great way of catching a perfect shot but if you notice that most of your pictures are slightly canted to the side, then you are probably getting into a rut. Just try to remember to watch for that. (you are fine, but I just read that online and it's great advice!)
Hi, this is Emily's husband. I think your photos have great composition, color, and lighting! Good work.
I love them!! I will have to show your ours. Mcay Photography did them, The ones you see in the mall. (free coupon in the mail) I think yours are a whole lot better. I love the kids holding hands running, The whole family the Sunset and the Father son with the stick, very creative.
These are so awesome!! I love the one with mom and the kids walking away.... But I don't see much of Dad! Was he camera shy? :)
It's a beautiful location. Lots of interest without being distracting. I espeically love the depth and lighting in the one that shows the trees with the mom and little girl.
Hey! I wanted you to take pictures for us! They look great.
